The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
Manage a team of 15 to 30 workers, in charge of building Hull blocks/ units.
Make working plan (weekly & monthly) for the team in-charge.
Organize the work to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment.
Develop the workers skills by providing on job training or offline training for them.
Work in deep cooperation with Engineering and Planning Departments to achieve the targets.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor degree within naval, marine or general engineering.
Experience Required:
Ship building or industrial experience.
People and works management experience.
Other Requirements:
Technical knowledge in steel ship's hull or steel structure construction.
Leadership skills.
English/ computer knowledge is an asset.
